Blechexpo 2023: We were there!

International trade fair for sheet metal working in Stuttgart

The international trade fair for sheet metal working took place from November 7-11 in Stuttgart and we were there as an exhibitor. As a young, innovative family business, we presented ourselves at this trade fair for the first time this year and introduced our new product range.

Our stationary dust extractor aero3eco plugin and storage filter airsorb2 with utility model as well as our latest product, the dust extractor aero3 mobile with 2 x 360° swiveling extraction arms and integrated automatic filter cleaning were representative of our wide product range of filter technology systems.

Storagefilter airsorb2

Our mobile 'Storagefilter airsorb2' is characterized by a wide range of applications. Depending on requirements, various filter and disposal options can be used, including an H14 filter element, activated carbon filter, fog drain filter for oil mist and aerosol mist, demister filter as a droplet pre-separator or spark extinguisher, an F9 pre-filter element, G4 coarse filter for sticky substances, an F9 filter box with closure for low-dust disposal, or alternatively a filter bag or metal collection container. The special feature here is the simple and tool-free filter change. This patented system automatically positions and seals the main filters and enables simple, easily accessible filter replacement.

Thanks to the use of these versatile variants, the appliance can be used for extracting gases, fumes, dust, chips, oils or emulsions as well as other applications.

Other special features are the clear, minimalist design and the high-quality, industrial-grade equipment features.

Deduster aero3eco plugin

The stationary 'Deduster aero3eco plugin' is very compact thanks to the integrated 3 kW plugin motor. With a maximum volume flow of 4000 m³/h, the device can extract at several suction points, such as robot welding cells or welding workstations, at the same time. The dust extractor also has a very clean design and is therefore easy to clean.

In addition, the devices are equipped with large access doors installed on both sides and are therefore very easy to access. The filters can be changed without tools and from 2 sides of the unit.

Deduster aero3 mobile

The new mobile 'Deduster aero3 mobile' has been developed for extracting dust and fumes from welding and laser applications, for example, and is equipped with horizontal filter cartridges that can be replaced with minimal dust and without tools. The cartridges are cleaned automatically during operation. The process dust is collected in a collection container with an inserted block bottom bag. The special feature is the simple (patented) pull-out system of the container, which is simply pulled out through drawers. After emptying and inserting a new bag, the drawer is pushed shut and the collection container is automatically locked and sealed to the hopper.

The appliance can be equipped with various EC motors or centrifugal fans. A pipe or up to two large 360° rotatable extraction arms can be fitted on the suction side. High-quality and stable industrial castors allow the appliance to be moved and locked securely. All appliances are equipped with very high-quality components.
