Innovation 2024: Stationary extraction system centravac
Powerful extraction system for industrial use with pipe network
Stationary extraction systems are used to suck up or extract dust, chips and other process materials from machines and work areas via pipe networks and convey them to a central disposal point.
The central extraction system is connected to a high-pressure pipeline that extends to the previously defined work areas. This can extend over several hundred meters and several floors. Flaps with limit switches are installed at the extraction points, which start the extraction system when they are opened.
Several flaps can be opened simultaneously. The extraction capacity should be the same at every point in the system. The control cabinet with integrated frequency converter controls the side channel blower and automatically adjusts the speed to the operating point.
In this project realized by aspur, a total of 200 m of piping with 23 suction points were installed on 3 floors. Each of the suction points is equipped with an aspur damper and integrated sensor. In addition, a gate valve is installed at the end of each branch line, which opens when the suction flaps are closed. The suction system has an integrated overrun to flush the pipeline.
The filter unit of the stationary system is equipped with a rotary valve and a BigBag mounted underneath. The advantage of this system is the automatic and continuous discharge of the material into the BigBag as soon as the system is in operation.
Integrated cartridge filters of filter class M can be removed without tools and service-friendly through an access door.
The filters can be cleaned manually, differential pressure-controlled or time-controlled during operation. The JETPULSE compressed air tank is located above the filter housing and is built into the device. The system can also be optionally equipped with fire and/or explosion protection systems.
