ASPUR air solutions launches the sopra series of oil and aerosol mist separators, new top-mounted filters for machining centers, lathes and milling machines. These extend and complement the product portfolio of the "aerog" series of stationary oil mist separators.

Our centravac stationary extraction systems are used in industrial plants to suck up or extract dust, chips and other dry or aqueous process materials via pipe networks to machines and work areas and convey them to a central disposal point.

The international trade fair for sheet metal processing took place in Stuttgart from November 7 - 11: ASPUR air solutions was there as an exhibitor for the first time. As a young, innovative family business, we presented ourselves at this trade fair for the first time and introduced our product range.
Together with a factory fire department, we were able to develop a state-of-the-art, electric pump extractor for continuous use in hazardous areas (ex areas), which automatically sucks in and pumps out liquids. The wet vacuum cleaner is also equipped with a multi-stage filter to separate gases and odors.
In the new production hall of company Fein GmbH, several different processing machines and manufacturing processes were implemented, which release various emissions. Due to its extensive expertise in the development and manufacture of industrial extraction and filtration technology, ASPUR air solutions was commissioned with the delivery and installation.
Extraction of oil mist from the most modern duplex rigid board milling machines with a travel distance of approx. 20 meters. ASPUR has developed a mobile collection system which enables point extraction of the resulting aerosols.
The ASPUR airsorb4 storage filter was developed to extract and safely separate gases*, fumes, odors and low-particle dusts in the manufacturing industry.
Promotion and funding for the purchase of mobile air purifiers by the federal and state governments. Reimbursement of investments in case of sales losses due to Corona until June 2022.
